Alliance has partnerships with companies involved in the oil and gas sector. We procure our products: Gas Oil, BITUMEN, Crude Oil, UREA, LPG, Petcoke, White Spirit, and Base Oils, from our related sources (such as refineries, Crude suppliers, and traders), sell and resale either as a raw commodity to our customers. We further have crude oil trading specialists in our staff with first-hand knowledge and expertise in the markets, maintain long-term relationships with supplying sources and buyers, and are actively involved in developing projects, related to existing and new crude oil flow and other products.
Alliance is engaged in the business of energy trading and has global market coverage through its network of affiliates and agencies in the Middle East. The company is capable of managing in-house every aspect of trading including trade negotiations, structured financing and risk management, physical movement of cargo and storage. The Company currently engages in trade, in its own right as principal, and in joint venture collaborations with strategic partners.
We concentrate on sales of distillates, and fuel oil and it also trades gasoline and other refined products and has developed interests and opportunities beyond its core business as an oil trader. However, it has limited its diversification to areas having some synergy with oil and energy trading. Alliance is, in essence, a specialized niche energy trading company and a provider of associated services. We commercialize and distribute Food products, like Sugar, Pistachios, and chemical products - Sulphur, Methanol, Ethanol, Polymers, intermediates, and specialties in a variety of packaging.
